FAQ's and Terms

Q. CAN YOU ARRANGE AIRPORT PICK-UP?
A. Yes we can arrange a taxi pick-up for you from the arrivals hall and have you brought directly to your apartment. The charge is €65 per trip payable locally.We just need your flight details.

Q. BUT WHAT HAPPENS IF OUR FLIGHT IS DELAYED?
A. Don't worry the driver will have your flight details and will only leave for the airport when he knows your flight is due.

Q. CAN YOU ARRANGE CAR HIRE?
A. Yes we have arrangements with 2 local rental companies.

Q. HOW FAR IS NERJA FROM THE AIRPORT?
A. 45 mis door to door.

Q. DO YOU HAVE COTS AND HIGHCHAIRS ETC FOR KIDS?
A. Yes we have some and we can arrange to hire all your needs locally.

Q. WHAT ARE THE ARRANGEMENTS FOR COLLECTING KEYS?
A. If you arrange an airport pick-up through us the driver will have the keys and will be familiar with the keys/locks of the apartment. If you are traveling independently we will send you  simple maps and directions to our Agents office in Nerja.  We haven't lost a guest yet!

Q. WHAT TIME CAN WE ARRIVE/DEPART THE APARTMENT?
A. The apartment is yours from 2pm on arrival day to 10am on departure day.This is to facilitate cleaning. Generally there is no problem with leaving your luggage there before or after those times.
 
Q. ARE TOWELS AND LINEN INCLUDED?
A. Yes one complete set per week of your stay.

Q. WHAT ABOUT CLEANING?
A. Your apartment is completly cleaned and dressed before your arrival and again after your departure.

Q. ARE THE APARTMENTS AIR CONDITIONED?
A. Yes all our apartments are Air-conditioned.

Q. IS THERE HEATING THERE FOR THE WINTER?
A. Yes the apartments are heated.

Q. DO I PAY A DEPOSIT AND WHAT IS IT FOR?
 A. Yes you pay a deposit on booking of between €100 and /€200. This secures your booking until the full rent amount is paid.It is also held against any damage caused to the apartment above and beyond normal wear and tear, loss of keys and loss/damage to Airconditioning units or remote operating units. It is returned after departure.

Q. HOW DO I PAY?
A. You can pay deposit/rent by Cheque/bank draft or bank transfer to our account.

Q. WHO DO I CONTACT IN AN EMERGENCY?
A. You will have our telephone numbers and also have our agents name and telephone number in Nerja.

Q. HOW FAR IS THE APARTMENT FROM THE BALCON AND TOWN CENTRE?
A. Three to five mins pleasent walk.

Q. HOW FAR IS THE BEACH
A. Nerja has many beaches. The nearest is just 1 min walk away.

Q. WHAT ABOUT SHOPS?
A. Less than 100 metres away.

Q. CAN YOU RECOMMEND SOME RESTUARANTS/SHOPPING/TOURS?
 A. Each apartment has a folder containing helpfull suggestions on all the above many with personal comments from previous guests.

No Pets allowed.
No smoking indoors.
Deposit within 1 week of booking.
Full payement 6 weeks before arrival
All payements are in Euro.
Transaction costs for the guests account.
Max occupancy in Los Huertos and Carabeo 4 people and Coronado 2 people except by arrangement.
